Exhaling

The sky is the only omnipresence we all accept. So look up!

We’re all moved in now

Filed under: Uncategorized — kathryntherese at 3:51 pm on Wednesday, March 28, 2007

All the posts from the old blog have been moved now, so you can check the archives.

My only regret with moving is that the comments from Blogger do not transfer. And some of the best things were said in the comboxes. Boo hoo.

I’m sure we can have an equally sparkling conversation here.

Thanx for all the positive comments. I’m still getting used to how things work here (I am such a techno-moron, but I DO have teenagers to help me!) but I am glad for the switch;  this somehow feels “right.”

Looking forward to continuing our “cospirazione,” friends. Did I spell that right, fmn?

All in good time, I guess, eh kt? Little by little we’ll figure it out. I laughed out loud at Abbot Joseph’s comment about figuring out the wrap-around text, and that the only exercise he gets is jumping to conclusions!

He’s hilarious, Gabrielle.

Oh Kathryn, it’s wonderful. I look forward to sparklings.

I have often thought of how the early church grieved after Stephen was stoned, and that we have such sorrows walking amid us, too– so many, so much. But there are those sweet moments of life with each other in Him.. all the sweeter for our laughter in the midst of suffering. Like that moment in the Passion movie when Mary mimed her questioning of Jesus’ very high dinner table out in the shop.

Wordpress does it, but you never know, in a few months time I might have to move away from wordpress for the same reason I left google. It should be safer here.

Well, FMN, we’re all in deep Lenten mode and just are blasted by so many dust-devils in this desert, it perhaps would cost too much exhaustion to surf around much as watchdog right now.. but we’ll have an in-depth look soon. If any of us finds anything disgusting, we might well act as a unit in approaching WordPress (or whatever blog host) is hosting it. Bloghosts can’t monitor hundreds or thousands of sites, but they can certainly look into any site that has raised complaint or concern. That is their duty in this medium, and we trust them to act on any wrongdoing– not to even mention criminal behavior!

For now, tho’, we will just lie low and hold onto the Wood of the Cross.
